As part of my work's health insurance, we have this school-wide 10 week fitness plan/competition. As part of it, I am supposed to do 2-3 strength workouts per week. Since Little Man does not get to go out as much as his little body should, due to the ice covered playground at pre-school, I have enlisted him to help me with the strength workouts. It makes them go by so much faster and we have a lot of fun.
Just look at that face of determination.
Run today: Speed workout: Little Man and I also spent a half-hour outside playing snow soccer.
